MDA Projects was involved in limited project management elements of the construction, particularly related to the earlier works and more specifically the medical facilities.
The development includes a shopping centre adjacent to multi-storey residential units and a hospital facility. MDA Project Managers’ involvement in the development stretched over a 10-year period, requiring remediation of the old oil marine facility in Simon’s Town, and the extensive process to secure the development rights.
