The project encompasses the management of systems planning & design, roadway & station infrastructure installation, new depots, new vehicle holding facilities, vehicle procurement, industry transition management, automated fare collection system implementation, vehicle operation contract implementation and control centre contract implementation in respect of the roll-out of the Metro South East (MSE) Corridor as Phase 2A of the MyCiTi IRT system.

This project involves extensive co-ordination and integration within City of Cape Town and all associated workstreams, including consultants and other stakeholders.
