MDA Project Managers successfully refurbished and extended the historic Oude Werf Hotel in Stellenbosch, the oldest operating hotel in South Africa from 1686. This included new rooms, a central lift, and a new restaurant with kitchen, all achieved while minimising downtime for the operating hotel. Notably, the project preserved the building’s charm while incorporating modern amenities, even safeguarding an archaeological cellar below the new kitchen.
