Cape Grace Hotel

The development of a world class hotel within a working harbour involved a change in mindset to ensure that all expectations were met. Subsequently this resulted in an award winning internationally recognised hotel. A variation that occurred during the construction resulted in the creation of the famous Bascule Bar which was conceived from the utilisation of the void created by the rock blasting to construct the swimming pool, thanks to the founder, Charles Brand.
