MDA Project Managers successfully managed the development of a new 25,000m² shopping mall in Philippi for Property Smith, which includes anchor tenants such as Pick ‘n Pay, Boxer, Truworths, Clicks, KFC, and McDonald’s. The project also features a rooftop solar photovoltaic solution and other operational features to reduce operating costs and environmental impacts. MDA Project Managers successfully managed the implementation of an Empowerment Plan and community engagement efforts with the help of community liaison officers, achieving the ACPM award for Excellence as the National Private Sector Winner.
